Return & Exchange Policy

- Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase (unless otherwise specified). Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. - Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund upon verification of the damage/defect. - Return Process
Contact our customer service at genovacore1@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +44 7467 389821 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. Returns without an RA number may not be processed. - Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for another, please specify during the return request. Additional shipping costs may apply. - Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. - Exceptions
